IMPORTANT NOTICE - ACCESS CODE UPDATE

We have updated the code for access to the tennis courts and boat ramp for 2020.
The new code is 3103.

Additions to Covenants

Effective 1-21-17 the following have been added to the covenants.

Rule #13. CPOA must be notified of the use and length of time required for Portable On Demand Storage (PODS) containers or other outside type storage devices. These devices may only be parked in residential areas while actively loading and unloading. The rest of the required time, up to two weeks, they must be parked in a designated CPOA area in the lot behind the Clubhouse. CPOA must be notified of any change to the required time.

MULCH – Mulch is only permissible around trees and landscape beds that do not touch buildings, decks, fences, and/or wooden walkways. Approved rock is the only permissible ground cover (other than locations where live grass or other plantings are in place) that may come in contact with buildings, decks, fences, and /or wooden walkways.

We have identified the units that currently violate the new mulch covenant. Realizing that it would be an unfair burden to those owners whom are now out of compliance, CPOA will be removing the existing non- compliant mulch, and replacing it with the appropriate rock. This process may take up to two years. Any mulch that is added after the publishing of this newsletter will have to be removed at that owner’s expense.
